Esther S. (Jones) Clemmer - 91, of Schwenksville, PA went to her heavenly home on Friday, May 11, 2012 in Lansdale.

She was the loving wife of the late Horace H. Clemmer. Esther was born in Yerkes, PA to the late David Jones and Ella (Strouse) Jones.

She graduated from Collegeville-Trappe High School. Esther was employed as a Seamstress. She enjoyed piecing quilt tops, fishing, gardening, canning, flowers and feeding the birds. Esther loved spending time with her family.

She was a member of Finland Mennonite Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Martha Allebach of Harleysville, PA, her son, H. Leroy Clemmer & wife, Charlene of Schwenksville, PA, her foster daughter, Esther Hamilton of Florida and her brother, Stanley Jones and his wife, Jane of Perkiomenville,PA.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Joseph Clemmer, her son-in-law, Robert Allebach, her foster daughter, Barbara Jones, three brothers; Paul, Abram & Charles Jones and three sisters, Margaret Vance, Sara Frederick and Mary Ann Jones.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Towamencin Mennonite Church, 1980 Sumneytown Pike, Kulpsville, PA 19443 at 2 PM where friends may meet with the family from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.

Burial will take place in the adjoining church cemetery.
