You have probably visited this site to learn more about the choices available to make the death of a loved one a memorable occasion. Thank you!

Whether you desire a Memorial Service incorporating a time of greeting friends or an open casket / visitation followed by a Funeral Service and burial in a cemetery, the choice is yours. Some families select the simplicity of gathering at a graveside or a favorite location of the deceased for a brief service / time of remembrance. Cremation, on our premise, can be a part of any remembrance style you plan.

To learn more about cremation, click on the "Merchandise" link and view the video on Cremation Options. The staff at the family owned Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory is pleased to assist you in choosing from the many variations available.

To view a selection of casket, burial vaults, urns, remembrance jewelry and memento chests, click on the "Merchandise" link. Anders-Detweiler also offers a wide selection of cemetery monuments in either bronze or various shades of granite.

Planning a funeral at the time of need is dealing with a family crisis. Planning in advance of need is making a family decision. Planning ahead enables you to make decisions with a clear mind and a lot less stress. Current costs can be reviewed and a total cost can be determined based on your choices. There are various plans for pre-paying toward future costs and the amount paid continues to grow tax-free until death. You can take the first step in preplanning by clicking on "Recommended Links" and scrolling down to the "Pre-Need Worksheet." Print it, complete it and forward it to us via mail. An abbreviated worksheet that can be completed online can be found below this introduction by clicking on the "Begin A New Online Plan" or "Simple Planner" link.

Whether you are seeking prices or information on any of our services and products, we consider it an honor to serve you. If you have any questions or need information, please feel free to contact us at 215-723-2300 or email one of our funeral directors at adfh1@comcast.net. (For a full listing of our directors choose the "About Us" section and click on "Our staff.")
