Heston S. Swartley, Jr. - 69, of Sellersville; formerly of Souderton, PA went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, December 12, 2013.

He was the loving husband of Susan G. (Schnable) Swartley for 49 years. Heston was born in Sellersville, PA to the late Heston S. Swartley, Sr. and the late Elizabeth (Schuster) Swartley.

He graduated from Souderton High School, class of 1962. Throughout his working lifetime of 51 years, Heston was employed in the family business, Heston S. Swartley Transportation Company, Inc. He enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing, and riding motorcycles. Heston loved serving in the local church. He was a member of Limerick Chapel where he had served as Sunday school teacher, Deacon, and Elder.

In addition to his wife, Heston is survived by his son, Heston S. Swartley III & wife, Susan of Perkasie, PA; his daughter, Jennifer S. Tyrpak & husband, Daniel of Pennsburg, PA; his three granddaughters, Alyssa A. Silvester & husband, Timothy of Waynesville, MO, Katlyn S. Tyrpak of Pennsburg, PA, Amanda M. Tyrpak of Pennsburg, PA; his grandson, Heston Scott Swartley IV of Perkasie, PA and his sister, Nancy Hallman of Telford, PA.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 8:00 pm at Limerick Chapel, 378 West Ridge Pike, Limerick, Pennsylvania 19468 where friends may view and meet with the family from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Burial will take place at Limerick Garden of Memories.
