Abram L. Landis , 94, of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, formerly of Doylestown and Bally, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Dock Terrace.

Born in Franconia, Pennsylvania, Abram was the son of the late Rhine Landis and the late Ella Landis. He was the beloved husband of the late Lorraine A. (Nice) Landis, with whom he shared 70 years of marriage.

Abram faithfully served in I-W service as a cook at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital in Morris Plains, New Jersey. He later worked as a poultry farmer alongside his brother, Vince Landis, in Bally before purchasing his own farm in Doylestown in 1960. For 36 years, he was self-employed as an appliance repairman, operating A.L. Landis & Sons in Doylestown.

A devoted member of Doylestown Mennonite Church, Abram served in numerous capacities, including usher, trustee, youth group leader, and MYF leader. He was also a member of The Gideons International and volunteered with Mennonite Disaster Service and Meals on Wheels of Central Bucks County.

Abram enjoyed fishing, boating, spending time at his cabin in Ontario, Canada, and wintering in Delray Beach, Florida. He loved tinkering, working with his hands, and tending his vegetable garden. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family.

Known for his strong work ethic, caring nature, honesty, generosity, and quiet demeanor, Abram also possessed a wonderful sense of humor that endeared him to those who knew him. His steady faith, servant's heart, and devotion to family left a lasting impact on many lives.

He is survived by his three sons: Garry L. Landis and his wife, Cynthia, of New Britain, Pennsylvania; Terry B. Landis and his wife, Tina, of Quakertown, Pennsylvania; and Douglas S. Landis and his wife, Anita, of Quakertown, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by seven grandchildren: Christy N. Steiner and her husband, Cedric, of Millersville, Pennsylvania; Erin M. Thompson and her husband, Matt, of Mount Airy, Maryland; Vanessa M. Troyer and her husband, Jared, of Zionsville, Pennsylvania; Valerie M. Ott and her husband, Dan, of Swansboro, North Carolina; Brent M. Landis and his wife, Lauren, of Pennsburg, Pennsylvania; Casandra M. Mann and her husband, Nick, of Quakertown, Pennsylvania; and Jonathon S. Landis and his wife, Sarah, of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania.

He was also blessed with 17 great-grandchildren: Isabella, Isaiah, Lydia, Kylie, McKenzie, Abby, Evie, Samuel, McKenna, Waylon, Wyatt, Millie, Bodie, Nora, Halle, Eva, and Axel.

In addition to his wife and parents, Abram was preceded in death by his eleven siblings.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Inurnment will take place at Doylestown Mennonite Cemetery.
