Afaaf Zaki Mina , 74, of Philadelphia, PA went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Kindred Hospital of Philadelphia.

She was the loving wife of Adel M. Zaker for 50 years. Afaaf was born in Asuit, Egypt to the late Zaki Mina and the late Labieba Awad.

She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Afaaf was a member of St. George Coptic Orthodox Church of Greater Philadelphia.

In addition to her husband, Afaaf is survived by her five children, Rasha Zaker & husband, Sobhy of El Minia, Egypt, Neven Zaker & husband, Swart of King of Prussia, PA, Michel Zaker & wife, Marian of Glen Mills, PA, Nancy Mounir & husband, Ihab, & Mina Mounir & wife, Noura of Glen Mills, PA of Sicklerville, NJ; her 15 grandchildren; and her two sisters in Egypt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her four brothers.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 11:00 am at St. George Coptic Orthodox Church of Greater Philadelphia, 411 DeKalb Street, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401.

Burial will take place at George Washington Memorial Park.
