Albert "Al" Joseph Russo , 79, of Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, formerly of Green Lane, Audubon, and Norristown, entered into rest peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Albert was the devoted husband of the late Jessie W. (Brown) Russo, with whom he shared 46 loving years of marriage. Born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Peter John Russo and the late Eleanor Theresa (Iannozzi) Russo. He was a graduate of Norristown High School.

Throughout his life, Albert was known for his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. A true outdoorsman at heart, Albert had a lifelong passion for hunting, fishing, and trapping. He enjoyed extensive travel with his brother Pete on hunting and fishing trips and cherished time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved traveling, annual trips to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, cruises, and mentoring family and friends by passing along his outdoor knowledge and skills. Albert was also an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles. Known for his zest for life, he was hardworking, good-natured, and always ready with a joke.
