Alfred Marvin Godshall , 89, of Hatfield, PA went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 12, 2020 at his residence.

He was the loving husband of Helen (Fonseca) Godshall for 66 years. Alfred was born in Hatfield, PA to the late Alfred B. Godshall and the late Dora (Algard) Godshall.

A graduate of Hatfield High School class of 1949, afterwards he enlisted into the Navy. He served on the USS Snowden during the Korean Conflict.

For many years, Alfred was employed as a electrician for the Local 380 Electrical Union.

He was a life time member of the Hatfield Volunteer Fire Company and a member of the Shilo Mansonic Lodge, Lansdale.

Alfred was a life time member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hatfield. PA.

He enjoyed hunting & fishing and gardening.

In addition to his wife, Helen, he is survived by his two Sons, Alfred Steven Godshall wife Debbie of Colmar and Kevin Paul Godshall wife Cheryl of Pennsburg and his daughter, Deborah Lynn Clemens husband Randy of  Quakertown, PA; and his six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th, 2020 at 10:00 am at Hatfield Cemetery, 2711 Penn Avenue, Hatfield, PA 19440,  where Military Honors will take place.
