Amy Susan Kramer , 44, of Telford, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Grand View Hospital.

Born in Lansdale, PA, Amy was the beloved daughter of Paul Kramer and Elaine C. (Gross) Kramer. She was a 1999 graduate of Souderton Area High School and worked as a Customer Service Associate at Wawa in Souderton.

Amy was a member of Souderton Mennonite Church and will be remembered as a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. She was strong, kind-hearted, selfless, and deeply caring. Her love for her family and friends was unwavering and unconditional. Amy had a vibrant spirit and a contagious smile that could light up any room. She loved hiking, spontaneous road trips, music, and collecting crystals. She firmly believed in holding onto faith, no matter how difficult the circumstances. Always just a phone call away, she was the person people turned to when they needed to laugh, cry, talk, or simply be heard. Her heart truly was made of gold, and she will be missed beyond measure.

Amy is survived by her parents, Paul and Elaine Kramer; her sister, Christina M. Kramer, and her companion, Bill, of Collegeville, PA; her beloved companion, Dominic N. Paone of Telford, PA; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joseph and Martha Gross, and Wilmer and Edith Kramer, as well as several dear aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

A visitation will be on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Souderton Mennonite Church, 105 W. Chestnut Street, Souderton, PA 18964, followed by a Celebration of Life service 1:00 p.m.

A private inurnment will follow at Souderton Mennonite Church Columbarium.
