Barbara Ann (Wampole) Behe , 72, of Hatfield, went home to be with her Savior on the morning of January 28, 2026.

She was the devoted wife of James (Jay) Behe for 47 years; a loving mother to Kimberly, Jeremy, Dana, Josh, and Jynell; a cherished mother-in-law to Jess and Brad; and an adored Oma to Jorja, Dallas, Jacob, Sammie, and Nolan.

Barbara was preceded in death by many beloved family members. She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Uhler, her sister, Jolene Blong, and many treasured nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

She spent her life caring for her family, while also working at various times in baking, secretarial roles, and as a CNA. Her favorite pastimes included spending time with her family, watching the Phillies, cooking and baking, and enjoying board games and card games.

Barbara touched countless hearts, struck up conversations wherever she went, and brought laughter to those around her. She will be forever remembered for her warm hugs, generous heart, nurturing spirit, and her deep love for Jesus.

A private funeral will be held at the convenience of the family to honor Barbara's life.
