Barry Ziegler , 67, of Schwenksville, PA; formerly of Harleysville, PA went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Grand View Hospital.

He was the loving husband of Irene "Renie" (Bishop) Ziegler for 48 years. Barry was born in Sellersville, PA to the late Robert Ziegler and the late Elizabeth (Hedrick) Ziegler.

He graduated from Souderton Area High School, class of 1972. During high school, Barry

worked in the packaging department for Hatfield Packing. He then worked as a carpenter for his father-in-law's business, Don Bishop, Inc. In 2008, after the passing of Don, Barry took over the business and continued doing business under "Ziegler Home Management".

He was a life member of Faith Bible Fellowship Church where he served as an elder, deacon, Awana leader for 20 years, Sunday school teacher, and sang in the church choir. Barry also volunteered on multiple occasions with the church in the mission field including Cancun, Greece, and Louisiana with the Katrina Relief.

He enjoyed taking annual family trips to Lancaster. Barry loved spending time with the family especially the grandchildren and attending their baseball games.

He enjoyed working on home improvement projects and always willing to help other people with their projects as well. Barry loved playing on the church's softball league as well as volleyball and basketball with the church's open gym night. He enjoyed listening to contemporary Christian music, traveling, and taking trips with wife to Florida.

Barry was a hardworking, honest man who was always willing to help and loved sharing the gospel with others.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two sons, Barry "Bo" Andrew Ziegler & wife, Rebecca of Pennsburg, PA, Brandon Scott Ziegler & wife, Alayna of Norristown, PA; his two grandsons, Chase Andrew Ziegler & Kaden Steele Ziegler, both of Pennsburg, PA; his three sisters, Doris Harkness & husband, Lee of Gillette, PA, Sandy Godshall & husband, James "Jim" of Green Lane, PA, Barbara Mast & husband, Phil of Oley, PA; and his brother, Robert "Bobby" Ziegler of Quakertown, PA.

In addition to his parents, Barry was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Susan Ziegler.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Faith Bible Fellowship Church, 140 Harleysville Pike, Harleysville, Pennsylvania 19438 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, followed by a memorial service at 7:00 pm.
