Bart S. Frechem , 81, of Hatfield, PA; formerly of Warminster, PA , and Newtown PA, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at Abington Memorial Hospital.

Bart was the loving husband of Nancy Lee (Wulf) Frechem for 59 years. He was born in Goshen, NY to the late Carl G. Frechem and the late Hazel C. (Shannon) Frechem.

Bart graduated from Council Rock High School in Newtown, PA, class of 1961. He then graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Science in 1965.

Bart was employed Corrosion Specialist for Rohm and Haas Chemicals in Springhouse PA for 42 years.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Doylestown, PA.

Bart enjoyed basketball, tennis, running, serving in his church, baking, target shooting, fishing, but most of all loving people and especially his family.

He was a devoted husband, father, and grandpa.

In addition to his wife, Bart is survived by his three children, Mark Andrew Frechem of Salt Lake City, UT, Karen Lynn Frechem of Hatfield, PA and Benjamin Carl Frechem of Hatfield, PA; his 12 grandchildren – Montana, Madison, Cassandra, Nicole, Shannon, Kayla, Ashlin, Arianna, Maya, Tre, Thadeus and Lylah; and his two great-grandchildren – Nathan and Noah, as well as extended family members, Cheryl Frechem Matt Cameron, and Rony Charles.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Frechem.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
