Berlenty R. Balamoun , 75, of Philadelphia, PA entered into rest to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 22, 2024.

She was the loving wife of the late Rasem Balamoun for more than fifty-five years. Berlenty was born in Egypt to the late Riad Balamoun and the late Sania Balamoun.

Berlenty came to the USA with her daughter, Rania in 1999, and became a citizen in 2006. She was a member of St. George Coptic Orthodox Church of Greater Philadelphia, Norristown, PA.

Berlenty is survived by her son, Raffat Balamoun & wife Magda of Philadelphia, PA; her three daughters, Raheel Balamoun & husband Refaat of Philadelphia, PA, Rania Balamoun & husband Ehab and Rasha Markos & husband Magdy of Robbinsville, NJ; her sister, Evon Balamoun in Egypt. Her grandchildren, Kristine, Madonna, Amy, Fady, Julia, Steven, Kevin, Sara, Mariam, Andrew, Meriam, Juliana, Mariam, Evana, Raphiel, Elara, Adam, Ethan, and Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Randa Balamoun

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 9:45 am at St. George Coptic Orthodox Church of Greater Philadelphia, 411 DeKalb Street, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401.

Burial will take place at George Washington Memorial Park.
