Bettijean (Transue) Venetz , 76, of Harleysville, formerly of Kulpsville, PA entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 2, 2021 at Abington-Lansdale Hospital.

Bettijean was born in Doylestown, PA to the late Howard and Sara (Daulton) Transue.

She was graduate of Central Bucks, class of 1964. Bettijean was employed as an Encoder / Collator for Safeguard Deluxe for 32 years.

Bettijean was a devoted and selfless mother, who always put everyone else first and enjoyed helping others in need. She enjoyed going to Atlantic City to play slots first with her mother then her daughter, crocheting, puzzle games, food and true crime shows. She was a big Philadelphia Phillies fan with her favorite player being Pat Burell. She also loved cats and cheesecake.

She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Venetz her fiance Jay Kaminiski of Harleysville, PA; her step-son, Steven Venetz of Lansdale, PA and her step-daughter, Kathy Venetz-Hundley, her husband Floyd of Lansdale, PA, her sister Joanne Transue, brother Wayne Transue, and a number of cousins.

She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Howard Transue. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
