Obituary

Carole L. (Parker) Phillips , 70, of Souderton, PA; formerly of Saratoga Springs, NY passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024, surrounded by her husband and children.

Carole was born in Columbus, Georgia on June 11, 1953, to Henry Eugene Parker and Clara Fay (Peltier) Parker. She attended Northeastern University where she earned her bachelor's of science in nursing and later worked in accounting and patient safety/QA.

Carole was a devoted mother, spending years on the sidelines of sports fields and taking care of her family and those around her. Some of Carole's happiest days were spent in the summer with her family at the Saratoga Springs Race Track, gardening outdoors planting flowers and going on epic shopping trips with her mother and daughter. She loved planning celebrations, traveling with her family and cutting up a dance floor.

Carole is survived by her husband, Patrick A. Agostino, also of Souderton; her children, Kathryn "Kate" Gingerich and husband, Adam, of Lansdale, PA, and Roland "CJ" T. Phillips, IV and wife, Rachel, of Chicago, IL; her sisters Terri Smallwood and husband, George, of Brooks, GA, and Janet Parker and wife, Mary Fooks, of Waterville, ME; her sister-in-law, Lana Parker of Bear Creek, NC; her grandchildren – Lilyanna, Emmett and Milo Gingerich, Sienna Hicks and Ella, Keegan and Tucker Agostino; her step-children Jolee Hicks and her husband, Michael, of Clifton Park, NY, Eric Agostino and wife, Angie, of Saratoga Springs, NY, and Patrick Agostino and wife, Suzanne, of Beverly, MA; her niece, Rebecca Parker and her dear friend, Eddie Lauffer.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Fay Parker; her brother, Barry Parker; her grandson, Macoy Hicks; and her aunt, Betty Buckner.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 7:00pm at the Lions Gate Clubhouse. Please use GPS address 139 Lions Gate Circle, Souderton, PA 18964 and proceed straight to the clubhouse.
