Charles "Chas" F. Kelly , 75, of Telford, PA passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at his residence.

He was the loving husband of Barbara A. (Brooks) Kelly for 40 years. Chas was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late James Kelly and the late Geraldine (Price) Kelly.

He graduated from Abington High School. Chas was employed as a window clerk for United States Postal Service.

Throughout his life, Chas was an avid reader that enjoyed watching the television.  He will be remembered for his great sense of humor as well as his seriousness.
