Clifford "Cliff" B. Bishop , 91, of Harleysville, PA went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Peter Becker Community.

He was the loving husband of Faye M. (McIntyre) Bishop for 68 years. Cliff was born in Hilltown Township, PA to the late Erwin Bishop, Sr. and the late Edna (Biedeman) Bishop.

He attended Souderton Area High School and later received his Graduate Equivalence Degree.

Cliff was employed as a truck driver for the former L. F. Kulp & Sons in Harleysville, PA and later for Hatfield Quality Meats for more than 30 years. After retirement, he was a part-time school bus driver for Transportation Services, Inc of Souderton, PA.

Cliff was a member of Calvary Church in Souderton, PA.

He enjoyed taking annual trips to Sarasota, FL and to Ocean City, NJ where they enjoyed the board walk and salt water taffy. No matter what they were doing, you could always find Cliff and Faye together. They also both loved their poodle, Pebbles.

Cliff was a hardworking, frugal, caring, and compassionate man who enjoyed a good laugh and was always trying to play tricks on his family members.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four nephews, Marty Hunsberger of Lansdale, PA, Dennis Hunsberger of Souderton, PA, Barry Hunsberger of Boyertown, PA, Bruce Hunsberger of Harleysville, PA; and his five nieces, Geraldine Keilman of Eagleville, PA, Kathleen Scanlan of Norristown, PA, Judy Duffy of Hatfield, PA, Renie Ziegler of Schwenksville, PA, Donna Anders of Washington Crossing, PA.

In addition to his parents, Cliff was preceded in death by his sister, Olive Hunsberger; his four brothers, Elmer B. Bishop, Erwin Bishop, Jr., Raymond B. Bishop, Donald Bishop; his nieces, Cyndi Nickel and Doris Bishop, and his nephews, Rodney Hunsberger and Richard Bishop.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 11:00 am at Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 East Broad Street, Souderton, PA 18964.

Burial will take place at Calvary Church Cemetery.
