Denice "Dee" Ann (Clarke) Rhoads, 61, of Quakertown, PA; formerly of Sellersville, PA & Philadelphia, PA passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Quakertown Center.

Denice was the former wife of the late Victor "Vic" Richard Rhoads for 24 years. She was born in Philadelphia, PA to Denice (Gavaghan) Clarke of Wynnewood, PA and the late Richard Clarke, Sr.

Denice graduated from John W. Hallahan Catholic High School in Philadelphia, class of 1981. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Denice was a member of the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind.

She loved spending time with her family. Denice loved her Parakeet, Sunny and collecting a variety of things that she valued. She enjoyed shopping, dancing, movies, and listening to music and audio books for the blind.

Denice was spunky, vibrant, sociable woman who had a good sense of humor and enjoyed telling jokes.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her step-mother, Kerry Marzock of Canton, OH; her daughter, Nicolette "Nicki" Denice Giordano & fiancé, Jeff Harrison of Sellersville, PA; her granddaughter, Mya Nicole Giordano & companion, Tyler Coyne of Sellersville, PA; and her two brothers, Richard Clarke, Jr. & wife, Debbie of Norristown, PA, Sean Smith & wife, Nicole of Clifton Heights, PA.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

An inurnment will take place with her late husband in the future.
