Elizabeth Ann (Rodgers) Nieswander (June 18, 1920 – February 13, 2025)

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Ann (Annie) Nieswander, 104 years young, of Warrington, PA; formerly of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025 with her granddaughter by her side.

Annie, as she was affectionately known, was a spirited light in the lives of all who knew her (sometimes too spirited!). Annie loved to spread laughter, sarcasm, and sass to any and all around her. She will be greatly missed.

Annie is now reunited with her husband that loved her so much, Warren Dale Nieswander, daughter, Cathryn Ann Moerbe, her Mother, Ann Rodgers, Father, James Earl Rodgers, brothers Jim, Danny and Chester Rodgers as well as many family and friends.

Grandma leaves behind her Grandchildren, Dawn, T.J., and Amy, Great Grandchildren Brianna, Emily, Warren, Maggie, Nick, Wyatt, and Evie, and Great-Great Grandchildren Landon and Mitchell.

While goodbyes are never easy, we know that the hellos she has been receiving are even better. So, if you knew Grandma Annie, crack open a cold one, maybe toss in a few swear words, and remember one thing she taught us all; always be yourself, 100 percent and authentically, and know that it is never too late to love deeply, love unconditionally, and just keep dancing!

A Celebration of Life will be held at Toledo Memorial Park, Ohio in July 2025 with details forthcoming.
