Elmer J. Brunk , 83, of Royersford, PA, entered into rest on Friday, April 8th, 2022 at his residence.

Elmer was born in Royersford, PA to the late Paul W. Brunk and Minnie (Good) Brunk.

He graduated from Christopher Dock Mennonite High School, class of 1957. Elmer began his studies at Millersville University, Millersville, PA, and furthered his education at Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA.

Throughout his lifetime, Elmer was an accountant for several local commercial businesses.

He was a member of the Methacton Mennonite Church, where he currently served as treasurer.

A reserved person, Elmer was an avid reader and took an interest in sports.

He is survived by his sister, Ellen A. Moyer and husband Donald of Telford, PA; also nineteen   nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Wilson and Melvin Brunk and his two sisters Beulah Brunk and Grace Ramer.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 13th, 2022 at Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 E. Broad St., Souderton, PA 18964 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 pm. The service will be livestreamed.

Burial will take place at the Vincent Mennonite Cemetery.
