Floyd L. Reinford , 84, of Souderton, PA; formerly of Sellersville, PA went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Souderton Mennonite Homes.

Floyd was the loving husband of Mary Jane (Hunsberger) Reinford for 63 years. He was born in Sellersville, PA to the late Norman S. Reinford and the late Mary T. (Landes) Reinford.

Floyd worked for the former Rosenberger's Dairies in Hatfield, PA. He then worked as a backhoe operator for the former Ernest L. Reinford Excavating in Telford, PA and for the former Garis Homes, Inc. in Souderton, PA. Floyd later worked as sheet metal fabricator for Good, Inc. in Souderton, PA. He was then employed as a backhoe operator for J. H. Freed, Inc. in Souderton, PA for more than 30 years.

Floyd was a member of Franconia Mennonite Church where he formerly served as an usher for many years and was also a Boy's Club leader. He volunteered at Spruce Lake Retreat in Canadensis, PA.

Floyd loved spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He also loved hunting with his sons in Susquehanna County. He enjoyed camping, biking, softball, gardening, dining out, and breakfast with friends.

Floyd was a hardworking, sociable, friendly, faithful, sacrificial, cheerful, dependable, reliable man. He loved the Lord, his wife, and his family. He had a great sense of humor, was always smiling, and had a servant's heart.

In addition to his wife, Floyd is survived by his two daughters, Brenda J. Roth & husband, Andrew of Sellersville, PA, Bonnie J. Hockman & husband, Dale W. of Perkasie, PA; his three sons, Randall "Randy" F. Reinford & wife, Elizabeth "Joy" of Sellersville, PA, Richard "Rick" T. Reinford & wife, Shana of Quakertown, PA, Ryan S. Reinford & wife, Jaime of Red Hill, PA; his son-in-law, Jay R. Landis of Perkasie, PA; his 22 grandchildren – Jared, Joanna, Jenna, Jason, Rebecca, Marlin, Malinda, Tyler, Lindsay, Kate, Joshua, Timothy, Hannah, Stephen, Micah, Sierra, Owen, Savannah, Josiah, Gracelynn, Rosabella, & Hadassah; and his four great-grandchildren – Reuben, Selah, Elijah, & Levi.

In addition his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Beverly Jane Landis; his grandson, Joshua Richard Landis; and his eight siblings, Lester Reinford, Nelson Reinford, Martha Reinford, Clarence Reinford, Florence Metz, Norman Reinford, Mary Ellen Hoover, and Ernest Reinford.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Franconia Mennonite Church, 613 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA 18969, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 pm.

A private burial will take place at Franconia Mennonite Cemetery.
