Francine H. (Hess) Moyer , 84, of Telford, PA; formerly of Harleysville, PA entered into rest on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Lutheran Community at Telford.

For 50 years she was the loving wife of Clayton M. Moyer (deceased). Francine was born Oct. 20, 1935 in Sellersville, Pennsylvania to William W.(Wert) Hess and Flora (Ritter) Hess of Telford, Pa.

She attended Franconia Elementary Grade school. Graduated from Souderton Area High School, class of 1953. Career minded, that same year she became a teller at Union National Bank & Trust (Univest) in Souderton, PA, later positions were as an accountant for the former Hope's
Clothing Co. of Souderton, and as a clerk for the former Sears store in Hilltown Twp., PA.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Francine was a member of Little Zion Lutheran Church since 1955. For many years a fixture at Summer Bible School and was an active volunteer in the church. When she still could drive She would often provide transportation for seniors to appointments and church events. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Souderton.

Francine enjoyed baking, gardening, reading periodicals, coupon clipping, playing games especially cards and Bocce, and traveling with her husband both nationally and internationally. She was a huge animal lover. As a young teen, Francine traveled across the United States with her Aunt Alice & Uncle "Wally" Valentine Crouthamel, visiting national parks and all manner of sights along the way.

Francine was a very outgoing, friendly, gregarious woman who had a great sense of humor, could strike up a conversation with anyone, and was always willing to help out.

She is survived by her sister, Dorene Maxwell of Souderton, PA. Son, Kris A. Moyer & wife, Holly of Pennsburg, PA; daughter, Karen F. Moyer of
Truckee, CA; grandson, Kristopher W. Moyer & wife, Jennifer; three great-grandchildren, Hayden W., Maggie C., & Hunter R., all of Pottsgrove, PA.

In addition to her parents and husband, Francine was preceded in death by her sister, Darlene H. (Hess) Snyder, of Reading Pa.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and time.

Inurnment will take place at Little Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Telford Pa.
