George Soliman Girgis, 65, of Bethlehem, PA; formerly of Cairo, Egypt went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA

He was the loving husband of Hala Saad for 31 years. George was born in Cairo, Egypt to the late Soliman Girgis and the late Gamila Ghali.

He was a member of Saint Mary and Saint Bishoy Coptic orthodox church in Allentown.
He enjoyed travelling and reading.

In addition to his wife Hala he is survived by Marian Girgis and Michael Girgis and his grandson Carson in PA. His sister Georgette Soliman Girgis, and his brother Raafat Girgis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Safwat Soliman Girgis (brother), and Mary Soliman Girgis (sister).

Committal service and burial took place at Sellersville Cemetery.
