Harvey went home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 9 ^th , 2023.  He was 90 years old.  Harvey asked the Lord to save him from his sin at 9 years old.  He looked forward to the say when he would see his Savior face to face.  While he waited for that day he loved to be with the Lord's people and encourage them in their walk with the Lord.  He spent hours in prayer for family, friends and acquaintances.  He was in fellowship at North Ridge Bible Chapel in Sellersville.

Harvey graduated in 1950 from Murrell Dobbins Vocational-Technical School.  He was employed in the seafood and meat departments of several supermarkets for over 30 years.  He was then employed by Delta Community Supports, Inc. as a maintenance supervisor.

Harvey was predeceased by his wife, Betty (Reed) in 2004 after 50 years of marriage, and their son David Edward.  He is survived by his son, Robert Smith (Pam) and daughter, Carol Smith.  He loved his 4 grandchildren and their spouses, Jason Smith (Jamie), Amie Hackenburg (Jeremy), Faith Leiser (Jason), Sarah Loughhead (Jared).  He also had a real interest and love for his 12 grandchildren: Jordan (Ellen), Emilee, Brooke, Abigail, Isaac, Grace, Kyleigh, Myah, Eli, Hannah, Tyler, Easton.

Harvey was also predeceased by his parents Harvey and Florence (Schwarz) Smith and his sisters, Margaret Brosius (John) and Dorothy Ferguson (Martain).

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 18 ^th at 1:30 at North Ridge Bible Chapel, 831 Keystone Drive in Sellersville, PA 18960.
