Ida Rose (Saia) Paolucci , 94, of Harleysville, PA; formerly of Paterson, NJ passed into the loving arms of her savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at The Birches of Harleysville.

She was the loving wife of the late Philip J. Paolucci, Sr. for 52 years. Ida was born in Paterson, NJ to the late Salvatore Saia and the late Carmella (Seminerio) Saia.

She attended Central High School in Paterson, NJ. Ida was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was very active in women's groups.

Ida believed in the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior. She enjoyed making Italian pastries, jigsaw puzzles, old movies, singing, but mostly enjoyed being with her great-grandchildren. Ida was fashionable and stylish.

She is survived by her two sons, Philip T. Paolucci & wife, Judith of Wayne, NJ, Robert S. Paolucci & wife, Marie of Manorville, NY; her granddaughter, Jenna Tanis & husband, Keith of Hatfield, PA; and her three great-grandchildren, Kyle Tanis, Jaiden Tanis and Saralyn Tanis, all of Hatfield, PA. Ida is also survived by her three brothers, Leonard Saia & wife, Karen of Toms River, NJ, Joseph Saia & wife, Kathleen of Hamburg, NJ and Salvatore Saia & wife, Mary Jane of Barnegat Light, NJ.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Joel C. Paolucci; her two brothers, Louis & Vincent Saia; and her sister, Josephine Napolitano.

A visiting celebration will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home, 130 E. Broad St. Souderton, PA 18964 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The casket will be closed for the sake of the great-grandchildren.

Ida will be buried alongside her husband on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 9:00 am at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 52 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512.
