James "Jimbo" Michael Eddinger , 67, of Souderton, PA; formerly of Telford, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at his residence.

He was the loving husband of Sharon (Young) Eddinger for 21 years. Jim was born in Reading, Pennsylvania to the late Gerald Eddinger and the late Barbara (Cobbet) Dierolf.

He graduated from Muhlenberg High School in Reading, class of 1972. Jim served on the USS Richmond K. Turner as an electrical repairman for the United States Navy. He then worked for the Reading Railroad. Throughout his working lifetime, Jim worked as a pipelayer for various companies in the local area for more than 25 years.

He was a member of the American Legion Post #234 in Souderton. Jim attended Zion Mennonite Church in Souderton.

He loved being in the outdoors especially hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, and grilling. Jim enjoyed the Reading Off Road Riders, NASCAR and football. He was an EAGLES fan.

Jim was a hardworking, strong-willed, quick witted man who had a great sense of humor. He was known for his "Jim-ism's", a unique way of looking at things.

In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by his son, Christopher Michael Eddinger of Birdsboro, PA; his sister, Debra Moran of Hesston, KS; and his two nieces, Wendy Schofer & husband, Joel of Chesapeake, VA and Jennifer Person & husband, Scott of Hesston, KS.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald Eddinger, Jr and his brother-in-law, William Moran.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and time.
