Jeffrey LeRoy Shisler , 83, of Sellersville, PA (formerly of Harleysville, PA) walked with his Good Shepherd through the valley of the shadow of death and home to heaven on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

Born August 23, 1942 to Hiram Le"Roy" Shisler and Dorothy (Korell) Shisler, Jeff graduated from Abington High School and then worked at Fisher and Porter, where he met Marilyn. They married on January 25, 1964, and had two daughters, Pam and Robin.

He retired from Rumsey Electric in Conshohocken in 2008 as Vice President of Information Technology.

In 1968, Jeff trusted Jesus as his Savior. For 50+ years he actively served at Faith Baptist Church in Sellersville with the "sound room" and helped to develop the cassette tape, radio, and TV ministries. He also served as a bus captain, on the deacon board, and on the finance team. He treasured his time with his friends in their ABF.

Jeff prioritized attending his daughters' and grandchildren's activities. He was known for big hugs and kisses on both cheeks. He enjoyed flower gardening, playing pinochle, vacationing in Jamaica and Ocean City, NJ, grilling, collecting guns, trading in cars, going out to eat, gathering with his family and friends, and listening to classical music. He was known for "quote worthy" advice, for his leadership, and for his generosity to his family, his church, and to world missions.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Gilbert Shisler; and wife, Marilyn (Higgins) Shisler. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Steve Benedict (East Earl) and Robin and Gene Greiner (Bedminster); 5 grandchildren - Joshua (Alaina), Amanda (Patrick), Andrew (Catie), Justin (Maria), and Katelyn; and 3 nieces - Candis (Steve), Courtney (Paul), Carissa (Steve).

He was a loving and loyal husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend of many, and he will be missed. Please join us in a Celebration of Life service 6:30pm on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Faith Church, 700 N. Main St, Sellersville, PA 18960. There will be no receiving line before but ice cream afterwards. Please wear bright colors!
