John R. Triebl , 58, of Schwenksville, PA; formerly of Lansdale, PA & Philadelphia, PA passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at his residence.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA to John G. Triebl of Lansdale and the late Dolores (Grady) Golley.

John attended Lincoln High School in Philadelphia; graduating class of 1980. He worked many diverse jobs, from commercial diving in Florida to managing an Italian restaurant, New Station Pizza.

John loved travel, and his interests took him around the world. He particularly loved exploring Sweden and Denmark. On his travels, John was an avid hiker and photographer. His interests also included boxing, scuba diving and martial arts. He also explored his faith and was a devout Christian.

John was a loyal friend who was always eager to others. He also had a soft side for animals and would frequently rescue strays and help nurse injured animals back to health. John spent his last days playing tirelessly with his grandkids, walking the Perkiomen trail daily, and daydreaming of returning to Florida. He left behind a lot of memories of laughter and love and will be missed by the loved ones he left behind.

In addition to his father, John is survived by his three daughters, Jennifer & husband, Ryan of Cherry Hill, NJ, Sarah Lundqvist & husband, Luca Zambello of Los Angeles, CA, and Rachel Salazar & husband, Edy of Schwenksville, PA; his son, Johannes Petersen Von Fyren & wife, Lina; his seven grandchildren – Dylan, Julia, Madelyn, Saga, Eddy, Eden, and Santiago; and his two sisters, Jacqueline Triebl of Lansdale, PA, and Susan Hopf of Lindenwold, NJ; and his brother, Gregory Triebl of Lansdale, PA.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 11:00 am at Hillside Cemetery, North Second Street, Souderton, Pennsylvania 18964.

Inurnment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Souderton.
