Joseph "Joe" Pullen , 87, of Harleysville, PA; formerly of Souderton, PA went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Grand View Hospital in Sellersville, PA.

He was the loving husband of the late Lois (Masten) Pullen for 53 years. Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Joseph L. Pullen and the late Mable (Miller) Pullen-Alderfer.

A graduated from Souderton High School Class of 1952, Joe then received his BA degree in engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, class of 1958. He was employed as a chemical engineer for 33 years for Day & Zimmerman Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, until his retirement.

Joe was a member Calvary Church of Souderton. He loved to volunteer for the flower show at Peter Becker Community. Joe also was a computer enthusiast who enjoyed photography and volunteer work.

In addition to his companion, Cass Scheuren, Joe is survived by his three sons, Randy Pullen & wife, Mary of Loveland, CO, David Pullen & wife Sharon of Chinquapin, NC, and Mark Pullen & wife, Cindy of Glenside, PA; his two daughters, Christina Bosh & husband, Dan of Center Valley, PA, and Elizabeth Herwig & husband, Joseph of Meshoppen, PA; his five grandchildren, Nina, David, Jr., Tarah, Tyler, & Tarin; and his four great-grandchildren, Ira, Riley, Jayce, & Rhyon.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 12th, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Peter Becker Community Chapel, 800 Maple Ave, Harleysville, PA 19438, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 pm.

Inurnment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Souderton, PA.
