Martha (Clemmer) Rohr , 92, of Pennsburg, PA; formerly of Hatfield, PA went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at Pennsburg Manor.
She was the loving wife of the late Paul E. Rohr for 70 years. Martha was born in Harleysville, PA to the late Mervyn Clemmer and the late Louise (Bosler) Clemmer.
She attended the Souderton Area School District. Martha was employed as a seamstress for the former Sun-Lite Shop in Souderton, PA for 8 years. She then served in 1-W service with her husband in a nursing home in Sturgis, Michigan. Martha was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She was a longtime member of Line Lexington Mennonite Church where she served with the sewing circle, decoration committee, Vacation Bible School, and Girls Club.
Martha was an avid bird watcher and enjoyed vegetable gardening, canning, and freezing. She loved watching the Phillies and going out with her friends.
She was a friendly, outgoing, and sociable woman.
Martha is survived by her son, Jon Paul Rohr & wife, Sheila of Lititz, PA; her son-in-law, Kenneth Martin of Perkiomenville, PA; her five grandchildren – Katie Martin, Aaron Martin & wife, Courtnie, Madeline Gardner & husband, Logan, Max Rohr, & Camille Rohr; and her three great-grandchildren – Casen, Colton, & Cooper Martin.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Arlene Martin and her brother, Harvey Clemmer.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Line Lexington Mennonite Church, 80 Hilltown Pike, Line Lexington, PA 18932.
A private burial will take place at the Line Lexington Mennonite Cemetery.
