Paul E. Pursell Jr. , 89, of Souderton, PA passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown, PA.

He was the loving husband of Judith A. (Lyster) Pursell for 47 years. Paul was born in Alpha, New Jersey to the late Paul Edward Pursell Sr. and the late Catherine (Holodnak) Pursell.

A graduate of Phillipsburg High School class of 1951.

After completing a Drafting Course through the United States Naval Academy, Paul continued to be employed as a Draftsman for over 40 years.

He was a devout member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Souderton, PA.

Paul was a hard-worker and was always ready to tell a joke to anyone needing a laugh. He was an avid bowler and a golf enthusiast.

In addition to his wife, Judith, he is survived by his son, Jake Pursell and wife Anita of Bethlehem, PA; his daughter, Cindy L. Stuhlman and husband Chris of Croydon, PA;

his three step-sons, Robert E. Berry and wife Cheryl of Lansdale, PA, David L.  Berry and wife Theresa of Hilton Head, SC, and  Mark W. Berry and wife Flurry of Cresco, PA; his nine grandchildren, Brandon, Madelaina, Kristen, Steven, Heather, David, Erin, Sienna and Ryan, his three great-grandchildren, Bobbi, Olivia and Casey.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Pursell

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 4pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1037 Spur Road, Souderton, PA 18964.
