Obituary

Paul Valleley , 76, of Hatfield, Pennsylvania, formerly of Abington Township and Willow Grove, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Jefferson–Lansdale Hospital.

He was the beloved husband of Kathryn "Kay" Anne (Ingersoll) Valleley, with whom he shared 52 devoted years of marriage. Born in Goshen, New Jersey, Paul was the son of the late Wesley Valleley Sr. and the late Gertrude Margaret (Goebel) Valleley.

Paul was a proud graduate of Middle Township High School (Class of 1968) in Cape May County, NJ. He continued his education at Atlantic County Community College and Cape May County Technical School (Class of 1970), Northeastern Christian Junior College in Villanova, PA (Class of 1974), and the Philadelphia College of Bible (Class of 1978).

Beginning at age 13, he began working in lawn maintenance in the Goshen area. Over the years, he held a wide variety of positions, including clerk at Acme Supermarkets, television repairman and installer, and radio broadcaster for WRIO in Rio Grande, NJ. He also worked as a cable installer and went on to build a long and respected career as a service technician, trainer, and instructor. Paul contributed his skills and knowledge to several companies, including RCA Service Company, Savin Corporation, Leeds & Northrup, and Kulicke & Soffa. Later in life, he worked in maintenance at Wordsworth Academy and as a Medicare insurance agent serving Bucks and Montgomery counties.

Paul was a man of deep and abiding faith. Throughout his life, he was an active member of several churches, including Goshen United Methodist Church, where he also spoke at area congregations and led services at local RV camps. He also worshiped and served at Grace Chapel in Havertown, First Baptist Church of Cape May, Calvary Church of Souderton—where he taught adult Sunday School—Calvary Chapel in Chalfont, and Bethany Bible Fellowship Church in Hatfield.

He found great joy in model railroading, traveling to visit family, and cheering on his sons at their wrestling and soccer events.

Paul will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather—a hardworking, honest, and caring man with a warm sense of humor.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his two sons, Timothy Paul Valleley Sr. and his wife, Jennifer of Amarillo, TX, and Andrew Peter Valleley and his wife, Jaime of Quakertown, PA; his seven cherished grandchildren, Kathryn, Sarah, Timothy Jr., Kymberlynn, Wesley, Isabella, and Angelina; his brother, John "Jack" Valleley of Cocoa, FL; his sister, Carol Murnaghan and her husband, Harry of Cape May Court House, NJ; and many nieces and nephews.
