Obituary

Rae-Anne (McCulloch) Ravert , 70, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, formerly of Souderton and Southampton, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026 with her beloved animal companions, Lucky & Sheba, by her side.

Rae-Anne was the beloved wife of the late William Edward Ravert, Jr., with whom she shared 31 years of marriage, and companion, Scott Womer, Sr., with whom she shared 7 years. She was born in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, to the late Gordon and the late Leah (Fisher) McCulloch.

She was a proud graduate of William Tennent High School in Warminster, Class of 1973. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree from Beaver College in Glenside in 1977, followed by a master's degree in Education from Gwynedd Mercy University in 1979.

Rae-Anne dedicated her life to education, touching the lives of countless students throughout her career. She taught at Wood School in Langhorne and Wordsworth Academy in Oreland before serving for 14 years as a Special Education Teacher in the William Penn School District in Lansdowne. She had a deep passion for working with special education students and found great joy and purpose in her work.

Rae-Anne embraced life with enthusiasm and warmth. She loved shopping and took great pride in her appearance, always enjoying having her hair and nails done and accessorizing with her signature headbands. She was an avid collector of pig memorabilia and had a special love for animals. She also enjoyed relaxing with crime drama television shows. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family, especially her beloved granddaughters.

She will be remembered as a caring, loving, and free-spirited woman with a wonderful sense of humor who brought joy to those around her.

Rae-Anne is survived by her son, Jeffrey Paul Moreland and his wife, Michelle, of Souderton; her two granddaughters, Madison Marie and Taylor Marie Moreland, both of Souderton; and her cousin, Denise McCulloch and her partner, Ed Majoros, of Holland, PA.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Inurnment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Roslyn, Pennsylvania.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Bucks County SPCA, 60 Reservoir Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.
