Raouf Fahmy Geargas , 75, of Allentown, PA; formerly of Staten Island, NY passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025 at the Atrium of Allentown.

He was the loving husband of the late Mona Wanis for more than 30 years.

Raouf was born in Cairo, Egypt to the late Fahmy Farid and the late Amelia Mansour.

He was employed as a Computer Programmer for New York City from 2000 until retiring 2022.

Raouf came to the United States in 1999 via New York City and received his citizenship in 2006.

He is survived by his two sons, George Farid of Allentown, PA, and Mina Farid & his wife, Sumi Sandu of Philadelphia, PA.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Mary and St. Bishoy Coptic Orthodox Church, 5042 Schantz Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18104.

Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Allentown, PA
