Obituary

Richard "Rich" Mark Sensinger , 67, of Souderton, PA went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at his residence.

He was the loving husband of Diane B. (Cassel) Sensinger for 44 years. Rich was born in Sellersville, PA to the late Robert L. Sensinger and the late Louise V. (Hvorency) Sensinger.

He graduated from Pennridge High School, class of 1973. Rich worked as the head plant maintenance engineer for the former C. D. Moyer in Silverdale, PA for more than 20 years. He then was employed as a maintenance mechanic for Isabelle's Kitchen Inc. in Harleysville, PA for more than 30 years.

Rich volunteered his time with the Lions Club, the Lioness Club, and the Mummers.

He loved working on vehicles and model trains. Rich also loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending all of their sporting events. He liked fixing things and could be found helping out his children with various projects. Rich enjoyed smoking his Legend cigars. He enjoyed watching soccer, listening to Country or classic rock music, hunting, playing billiards pool, bowling, and watching movies.

Rich was an independent, strong-willed, jolly man who loved passing down his traits to his family, had a good sense of humor, and was always willing to help others.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Wendy L. McCourt & husband, Brian of Schwenksville, PA; his two sons, Benjamin M. Sensinger & wife, Jessica of Douglassville, PA, Jason R. Sensinger of Souderton, PA; his nine grandchildren – Jessica, Julian, Ashton, Mia, Alexander, Taylor, Jayden, Garrett, & Maci; his great-granddaughter, Abigail L. Soulsby of Schwenksville, PA; and his brother, Robert T. Sensginer of Perkasie, PA.

In addition to his parents, Rich was preceded in death by his grandson, Ethan Michael Sensinger.

At the request of Rich, there will be NO Services.
