Rosemarie Ann (Belutty) Cutler , of Doylestown, PA passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024.

She was born in February 25, 1928 in Shamokin, PA. She was the daughter of the late Peter Belutty and the late Rose (Lapinski) Belutty. She was preceded in death by her late husband of 59 years, Dick Cutler; her daughter, Joanne Wills; and her grandson, Ryan Cutler. She is survived by her son, Richard, and his wife, Janet and her numerous nephews, nieces, and their families.

Rosemarie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY located in New York State majoring in secondary education. She was employed as an English teacher in the Central Bucks School District.

Upon retiring from Central Bucks as an English teacher, Rosemarie began volunteering at Doylestown Hospital where she worked in the Volunteer Office, Information Desk, and Same Day Surgery departments.

Rosemarie loved gardening, and was an active member in the Tinicum Garden Club. She also participated in flower arranging competitions where she was recognized for her talents in flower arrangements.

An enthusiastic Phillies fan, Rosemarie never missed an opportunity to support her team.

Rosemarie was an avid reader and an accomplished writer. In addition, she loved bowling and belonged to a local bowling team.

Rosemarie very much enjoyed taking vacations with Dick, her beloved husband, as he would pilot them to fun and interesting trips. Later on in life, Rosemarie and Dick took many vacations together in their comfortable motor home.

Funeral services are private.

Inurnment will be at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery alongside of her husband who was a World War II Navy veteran.
