Sandra L. Harris , 77, of Hatfield, PA; formerly of Lansdale, PA & Souderton, PA passed away and was surrounded by her daughters on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
She was born in Sellersville, PA to the late William R. Harris and the late Harriet J. (Stinson) Harris.
She attended North Penn High School.
Sandra worked as a machine operator for the former Gas Spring in Montgomeryville, PA, for the former Famous Artist in Lansdale, PA, and various other businesses in Montgomery County.
She loved spending time with her kids and grandkids and they were the most important thing in her life. Sandra enjoyed making crafts, watching movies especially Christmas movies, and sitting on the front porch and watching the birds. She loved a good home-cooked meal and Elvis and even had an opportunity to visit Graceland.
Sandra was a strong, confident, compassionate, loving woman who always put others first especially her children, had a great sense of humor and she told it how it was.
She is survived by her two sons, Timothy Scott Harris & wife, Mary of Quakertown, PA, Charles Joseph Harris & wife, Frances of East Greenville, PA; her two daughters, Harriet Elizabeth Band & husband, Maylin of Pottstown, PA, Brenda Lee Kibler-Gross of Hatfield, PA; her three grandchildren – George, Aubrey, & Kiley; and her sister, Harriet J. Kennedy & husband, Neil of Lansdale, PA.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Roger L. Gross and her two brothers, William & Robert Harris.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 E. Broad St., Souderton, Pennsylvania 18964 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am.
