Obituary

Sherry A. (Triglia) White , 61, of Perkasie, Pennsylvania—formerly of Souderton, PA, and Croton-on-Hudson, NY—entered into rest on Monday, December 1, 2025, at St. Luke's University Hospital – Bethlehem.

She was the devoted wife of Scott A. White, with whom she shared 38 years of marriage. Born in Tarrytown, NY, Sherry was the daughter of the late Carlo Triglia and Anna Marie (Nestore) Triglia of Croton-on-Hudson, NY.

A graduate of Croton-Harmon High School, class of 1982, Sherry went on to build a life centered around caring for others. Over the years, she worked as a Food Aid in the kitchen at Maryknoll Sisters, Offining, NY; a baker at the Edith Macy Conference Center in Briarcliff Manor, NY; as an office manager at Pace University in Briarcliff Manor; as a daycare teacher at the former Asbury Play and Learn in Croton-on-Hudson; and as a home health aide for both the former Community Home Services in Souderton, PA, and Home Helpers Home Care of Montgomery County. She later continued serving families as a self-employed home health aide throughout Montgomery County.

Sherry was a longtime member of Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton-on-Hudson, NY.

She cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren, loved crafting and baking, was an avid reader, and delighted in the holidays—especially Christmas. Sherry will be remembered for her caring and selfless nature, her strong work ethic, her warm sense of humor, and her heart of gold.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her four children: Matthew White & wife, Susan of Pottstown, PA; Stephanie Jones & husband, Gregory of Perkasie, PA; Andrew T. White of Perkasie, PA; and Emma White of Perkasie, PA; her two grandchildren, Anna Jones and Joseph Jones, both of Perkasie, PA; and her sister, Kimberly Ferranto & husband, Sam of Carmel, NY.
