Son Xuan Nguyen, 80, of Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania, formerly of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, entered into rest peacefully on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at his residence.

He was the loving husband of Cang Thi Le, with whom he shared 54 years of marriage. Son was born in Ha Noi, Vietnam, to the late Canh Xuan Nguyen and the late Hop Thi Pham.

Son graduated from high school in Vietnam and later proudly served in the South Vietnamese Army. After moving to the United States, he worked as a packaging operator for the former Jet Plastica in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, for 20 years before retiring in 2014.

Son was a devoted member of Chùa Pháp Bao in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

He enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, traveling, and, most of all, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Son was a hardworking, caring, dedicated, and loving man who will be remembered for his kind heart and wonderful sense of humor. He cherished his family deeply and brought warmth and joy to those around him.

In addition to his beloved wife, Cang, Son is survived by his five sons: Quang Xuan Nguyen and his wife, Hoang Dang, of Hatfield, PA; Minh Xuan Nguyen of Perkiomenville, PA; Khai Xuan Nguyen and his wife, Dathao Nguyen, of Palm Coast, FL; Tuan Anh Nguyen and his wife, Tran Huynh, of Wilmington, DE; and Andrew Huy Nguyen and his wife, Thao Nguyen, of Perkiomenville, PA; as well as his 11 grandchildren.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
