Thomas John Betz aka T, TB, TJB, Thorobred , 44, of Warrington, PA entered into rest on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at his residence.

He was born in New Haven, Connecticut and raised by his adoptive parents, Henry "Hank" Betz of Warrington and the late Nancy (Bradley) Betz.

Tom graduated from Central Bucks East, class of 1995. He worked as an arborist assistant for Jesse Wustner in Perkasie, PA.

Tom was a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, & Publishers. He was an attender of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church in Warrington.

Tom loved anything that was related to music. Some of these interests included event planning and concert promoting, personal/business security, music producing, promoting, and arranging. Tom even created beats and songs for various artists as well as composed and performed his own original music. When he wasn't making music, you could find him beatboxing, hip-hop freestyling, or DJing under his stage name, DJ Thorobred .

Tom was very active in participating, planning and performing in various benefit shows/fundraisers for organizations like Toys for Tots, cancer awareness, and any other events he felt that he could positively contribute to.

He enjoyed the Philadelphia sports teams and going to their sporting events. Tom's friends were like his brothers/sisters and he was very involved in their families' lives. On his birthday, every year, he would get together some friends and they would go down the Delaware River on tubes. Tom also loved art, photography, and sketching up any ideas that might come to him.

In addition to his father, he is survived by: his two step-sisters, Karen Henderson of Montpelier, VT and Lisa Henderson of Mount Laurel, NJ; and his numerous friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at St. Robert Bellarmine, 856 Euclid Ave, Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, followed by a memorial mass at 11:00 AM.

A private burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery and Garden Mausoleum.
