Trieu Van Nguyen , 103, of Souderton, PA entered into rest on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at his residence surrendered by his immediately family.

He was the loving husband of the late Thinh Thi Nguyen for 65+ years. Trieu was born in Thai Binh, Vietnam.

Trieu was teacher for Ha Noi until 1954 when he moved to South Vietnam and was employed then by the US Air Force. In 1975 he came to the United States and was employed by Longacre Poultry, Franconia, PA. Trieu later became a US citizen.

He was a member of Linh Quang Temple, Telford, PA.

Trieu was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, an avid reader daily watching the news, enjoyed walking and exercising.

He is survived by his five sons, Tuan Van Nguyen of Abington, PA Tho Van Nguyen, Nam Luc Nguyen, and Duc Minh Nguyen all of Souderton, PA, and Casey (Chinh) Minh Nguyen of Telford, PA.

In addition to his wife, Thinh, he was preceded in death by his three sons, Tan Van Nguyen, Tan Duy Nguyen and Tinh Van Nguyen.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 E. Broad St., Souderton, PA 18964 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. His funeral service will be held on Sunday morning at 8 am.

Burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery @ Roslyn, 2556 Susquehanna Ave, Roslyn, PA on    Sunday morning at 11:00 am.
