Obituary

Wendy Lois Seitz, 55, of Telford, Pennsylvania, entered into rest on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at St. Luke's Hospice House in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Wendy was the beloved wife of Mark Andrew Honer, with whom she shared 23 years of marriage. She was born in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, to the late James Michael Seitz and the late Brenda Jane (Guinther) Seitz.

Wendy attended North Penn High School in Lansdale before earning her GED from Lakeside School in North Wales.

Throughout her life, Wendy held several positions that reflected her hardworking and independent nature. She worked in the deli departments at the former Clemens Supermarkets in New Britain and the former Dublin IGA Market in Dublin. She also worked as a cashier and stocker at Halloween Adventure in North Wales and privately as a dog handler, caring for German Shepherds for individual clients.

Above all else, Wendy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family was the center of her world, and she especially treasured the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed coloring pages and books, swimming, gymnastics, trips to the beach, and riding roller coasters. Wendy had a special love for all things horror-related, and Halloween was by far her favorite holiday. She also enjoyed cooking and was especially known for her chili and potato soup.

Wendy will be remembered as a loving, caring, and independent woman who was always willing to lend a helping hand. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a funny personality, and a way of bringing laughter to those around her. Her love for her family, her unique personality, and the memories she created with those closest to her will remain in their hearts forever.

In addition to her loving husband, Mark, Wendy is survived by her four daughters: Jessica Ann Miller and her husband, Scott, of Souderton, PA; Ashley Evelyn Day and her companion, Thomas DeGroat, of Phillipsburg, NJ; Kristen Haley Day of Richlandtown, PA; and Casey Jane Day of Telford, PA.

She also leaves behind her six cherished grandchildren: Aubrey Lowrey, Andrew Gularsky, Thomas Blase, Jimmy Blase, Haley Brown, and Finley Hartenstine, who brought her great joy and happiness.

In addition to her parents, Wendy was preceded in death by her sister, Wanda L. McConnon-Seitz, and her brother, James Seitz.

In accordance with Wendy's wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial services.

Arrangements are entrusted to Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 East Broad Street, Souderton, Pennsylvania 18964. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.andersfh.com.
