Werner Wasmer , 67, of Telford, PA; formerly of Wehr Baden-Württemberg, Germany found his way to the rainbow on Monday, July 17, 2023 at his residence.

Werner was the loving husband of Bernadette (Sutter) Wasmer for 43 years. He was born in Wehr Baden-Württemberg, Germany to the late Hans Wilhelm Wasmer and the late Gertrud (Reinhardt) Wasmer.

He graduated from Techniker Schule Lörrach in Germany, class of 1979. Werner was employed as a Mechanical Engineer and later transitioned to Vice President for Dreistern Inc. in Telford, PA for 39 years.

He loved soccer, mountain biking, spontaneous travel, and most of all his family. Werner loved his work and dedicated a large portion of his life to it, making sure his family would always be well taken care of. He enjoyed tennis, listening to music, woodworking, vintage model trains, and was an avid reader of detective fiction, crime drama, thriller and adventure novels.

Werner was a hardworking, dependable man who had big heart. He was very giving and had a great sense of humor that he held onto until the very end. His sarcasm was loading at any given moment and he enjoyed a good joke or prank. Water wars was something he was exceptionally good at and those that visited often knew they would leave wet.

In addition to his wife, Bernadette, Werner is survived by his son, Steven Wasmer of Easton, PA; his daughter, Denise Stephanie Wasmer of Souderton, PA; and his grandson, Brian Robert Wasmer of Souderton, PA.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Günther Wasmer.

To honor his wishes a Celebration of his Life will be held at the convenience of the family in Germany.
