William Paul Beeman, 85, formerly of Telford, PA went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 27, 2020 at Edgehill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Glenside, PA.

He was a devoted and loving husband of Carol (Clark) Beeman for 39 years. William was born in Norristown, PA to the late William Mayhew and the late Marion (Glenn) Spanier.

He was a graduate of Siuslaw high school, Florence, Oregon class of 1953. William served in the US Army as a photographer and radio operator for the 609th Transportation Company in Fort Eustis, VA. He was honorably discharged and given a letter of Commendation for outstanding performance.

William was a former receiving clerk for J.W. Rex Co., Lansdale, PA devoting 40 years and served as a school bus driver for the Souderton Area School District. He returned to the workforce after retirement for laboratory Testing Inc. as a shipper and receiver enjoying his time there for another 10 years.

William was a member of the American Legion Post 184 in East Greenville, PA.
He was a longtime member and served as an usher for the Crosspoint Baptist Church in Souderton, PA.

William will be remembered as an adoring, affectionate, father and grandfather, very dedicated, hard-working, kind man with an easy smile, warm sense of humor, disarming and playful spirit. He was a passionate gardener and his favorite place and activity was in the sunshine by the quite, peaceful stream fishing.

In addition to his wife, Carol of 39 years, William is survived by his three daughters from a previous marriage Barbara Storz of Glenside, PA, Sandra J. Beeman of Telford, PA and Heather Lee Quirk & husband Richard of Boyertown, PA; his five granddaughters – Sarah, Samantha, Rebecca, Kelsie and Cara; his three grandsons – Michael, Sean and Colin; his eight great-grandchildren – Stephen, Noah, Hunter William, Lorelia, Adelaide, Hope, William and Declan; his four sisters, Peggy Fields of Eugene, OR, Joline Hazelett of San Diego, CA, Charlotte Raines of Souderton, PA and Janet Bergey of Portage, PA; and his sister-in-law, Nancy Wall of FL. William is also survived by daughters of Carol Beeman; Kathleen Zimmerman & husband Gregory of Colmar, PA, Nancy Belott of Pataskala. OH; one granddaughter – Chanel and three grandsons-Reginald, Derrick and Richard; great-grandchildren Haiden and Evie.
